Introduction
Facebook has a completely backward review system, just allowing users to write arbitrary comments and incorrect ratings.
For example we have reviews with one star on Love Football with the comment "Love Manchester United". This review has a large impact on the application visibility due to the overall rating being reduced. So it is important to contact these users and ask them politely to either remove the review or at least adjust the rating.
Below are some sample message to send to these user.

- Use for a user who has reported a bug within the review system let them know it is fixed and ask them to revise the rating.
Hi Can you please revise your review of the X Application. The application has been upgraded so can you please check this is now satisfactory Appreciate your help with this. NAME
- Use this for users complaining about application sponsorship
Hi, In the scheme of things I think one advert at the bottom of the application is very minimal. I dont have any control over the content of these ads, but do need to make some money from the application to support it. I feel the star rating you gave is very harsh could you please revise this as apps rely on good reviews for exposure. Appreciate your help with this. NAME
