Introduction

We need to gain the ability to control the IVR system through web based HTTP scripts, that can
be controlled by administrators from the main admin, this includes setting up IVR service for
existing customers and new ones a like. Such as automatically assigning DDIs to services.

Stats

The following stats can be 'Pushed' real time into the Admin database are as follows:
  • Call date/time
  • DDI - 6-8 digit representation of the dialled number
  • CLI
  • Duration of call
  • Name of service scheduled
  • Schedule arguments - A Schedule is the instance of a service running on a DDI

ToDo

Create a HTTP script that will assign a DDI to a designated IVR service.

Notes

Access to the IVR is via VPN.
