Introduction

MySpace has several canvas areas that need to be taken into account when dealing with Design and Layout, these are:

• Application Profile
  • Similar to the Facebook About Page - MySpace controlled application home. Includes forum, friends etc, this page can be customised like any other users page.
• Application Canvas
  • Page dedicated to the application 800px wide
• Apps Module
  • Appears on users home page - Links to the users installed application with icon and name
• Applications Manager
  • User page to view the users added applications.
• Profile Modules
  • Installed on the users public facing profile page - apps can be installed in the left-hand column (300px) or the right-hand column (430px) wide
• Homepage Modules
  • Only the user can see these (300px) wide
