Introduction

Triangle Solutions has developed a comprehensive statistical package for use with incoming and outbound SMS accounts from MX Telecom. Any business using MX Telecom as their SMS Gateway can gain huge benefits by using this centralised statistics package.

By using our application you will no longer need to log into numerous accounts and collate your figures within Excel, as our package will deal with unlimited accounts simultaneous. With some fairly simple set up, our package will login and fetch figures from each of your accounts and collate them all into a central database. This then allows us to apply our comprehensive reports to the full range of your statistics. This may enable us to also tie up incoming message with outgoing messages to form individual number reports.

As an example of the benefits; a current client has eight different short codes at MX Telecom with each having the full network coverage. This makes 64 outgoing and incoming accounts that they would have had to log into, if they were not on our system. They have not only saved massive amounts of time, but also now have a better visualisation of their SMS activity.

If you maintain a number of client sub-accounts then our package can handle this. Simply set up an account for each of your clients and they will see only the figures relating to their account. Clients should then be related to specific keywords, which in turn relate to a short code. Other administrator facilities allow you to turn off showing the mobile numbers; downloading reports etc.

How It Works

Through server side scripting we log onto each of your MX Telecom accounts.
Simply replicating a normal browsers actions, the default form is filled in and posted.
Instead of requesting the normal return we ask for the CSV version, this is then looped through and inserted into out database.
We repeat this for each account. So the whole process can take some time to get a large number of statistics.
However we place the script on a scheduled task and download the statistics every 4 hours.
