Application owners must implement Zingo Badges in the manner explained in these documents and with good faith not attempt to manipulate or use the application in ways not explicitly allowed herein.

Zingo reserves the right to terminate any badge or collection of badges (Zingo Collections) or to remove any application that does not conform to these terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
